Musty carpets, damp, cold dingy, dated decor .....
They are not choosey who they sell rooms to either tourists can find themselves putting up with noisy drunks in another room.
Service rude & leaves a lot to be desired .... food barely cooked!

Does the Northern Ireland Tourist Board not inspect establishments??????
Im surprised that it is listed on gotobelfast also!
Looks fine in photographs but not in reality!

My advise is book somewhere else!!!!

We went to Belfast for Tennets Vitail and since Helga House was close by it seemed the prefect place. it was very quaint but clean and comfortible. the slice of ham at Breakfast was a bit weird but everything else was ok. i would go back, i felt relaxed and in good suroundings. not to bad at all, plenty of hot water and the sheets and towels where nice and fresh.
