It is very rare for something to go wrong. But with Payment Protection, you know you’re covered if it does. If you’re unable to gain access to the vacation rental on your check-in date, contact us within 24 hours of the date stated on your booking confirmation to claim a full refund. You must pay online on TripAdvisor for a property displaying the Peace of Mind badge. Payments made by any other means will not be covered by Payment Protection.
If you have exhausted efforts to resolve the matter with the property owner/manager and are still unable to access the property, please contact us within 24 hours of the check-in date stated on your booking confirmation.
You will then need to submit a claim form within 10 days of the start of the vacation. Instructions for submitting the form are detailed on the document itself. Remember: to qualify for Payment Protection you must have paid online through our site.
