I'm a travel journalist (print, web, TV -- no kidding) based in Vancouver, B.C. This town is so gorgeous it's a wonder I ever leave! My work has appeared in major media such as the Boston Globe, Globe & Mail, and even the South China Morning Post, and a load of other media. I'm fresh back from a San Diego - Hawaii cruise. And headed skiing in Whistler, then on to Inuvik, NWT, above the Arctic Circle in January!

My all-time favourite destination (always go once a year) is New York City. There is NOTHING better than a Broadway show. I speak Mandarin, and adore Taiwan. I'm also a big fan of South Korea. To my eyes, the most beautiful people are in Sweden, and the best food is in Mexico (mole, anyone?). I love flying, despite the horrid airport conditions these days.
