I am a 48 YY (years young) gal with 20+ years experience in the tourism industry. I began my career at Grand Canyon South Rim's world-famous El Tovar Hotel, then moved on to the Bright Angel Tour Desk, where I checked in mule riders, booked bus, train, raft, airplane and helicopter tours, and answered a ton of questions not only about the Grand Canyon, but Lake Powell, Flagstaff, Sedona, Monument Valley, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon West. I've seen the Grand Canyon from every side - North, South, East and West, from above and below. I've ridden the mules, hiked the trails, rafted the rapids and ridden the rails. I've flown in both airplanes and helicopters (including the Eco-Star), strolled on the Grand Canyon Skywalk, and bathed in the waters of Havasu Falls. When it comes to the Grand Canyon, I've done it all, so I put it all to work for the Grand Canyon Store in Flagstaff. After 7 years at the Grand Canyon and 15 in Page/Lake Powell, I moved to Evanston, WY in 2010.
