Thank you for your nice comments and recommendations. Please accept our apologies for any of the in room furnishings you found uncomfortable. I regret that you did not bring this to our staff's attention during your stay for remediation (room change, new mattress). While we do maintain a rigorous "rotate and replacement" schedule with the bedding, it is important for guests to advise us when they feel items may be lacking. These rooms are services daily by our room attendants with issues reported as necessary. Note that your room has been occupied almost 90% of the days in the past 4 months without prior comment, but each guest has their own preferences and we benefit from knowing about it.
