This place was absolutely disgusting. We booked 5 rooms here with a group of people for a conference at the convention center. We entered our room around 10pm and came to discover that there was no shower head, the toilet seat was practically off, the hairdryer did not work, there was popcorn and a comb in the heat register, a cup and garbage under the bed and no tissues what so ever. All things that we could live with but shouldn't have to when you pay for a hotel room. Then as we were sitting on the bed, one of the ladies in the room noticed a bug and killed it. As we peeled back the covers and pillows we discovered over 30 bed bugs trying to make homes in our belongings. As we were overly disgusted and wanting to puke, we noticed that there were more bugs crawling on one of the lady's bath robes. YUCK!! We immediately started to take our stuff out into the hall and called the front desk. They said that they would be right up. 20 minutes later a man came up, didn't really even look at the problem and said he would be back. As he went down to the lobby, 2 more of the rooms we booked had the same problem. We all carried all of our stuff down to the lobby and demanded another room (not really wanting to stay there but had to stay at the conference and all the surrounding hotels were booked). The front desk didn't even flinch over the fact that their hotel was infested, it was like this was a normal thing for them. They put us into 3 other different rooms. Scared to death that there would be more bugs we stripped the beds looking for anything that moved. It seemed to be better but lets just say that the 3 nights we stayed we didn't get any sleep. I personally slept on top of the covers, on top of a bath towel (how sad is that). Oh yeah and don't expect any kind of a view of anything. We looked out our window and saw an old building about 6 feet away and a dark alley way. With a fight at the end of our stay, the hotel refunded only one night back to us. This is absolutely the worst experience i have ever had with aase do not even think of staying here, you will be very disappointed, disgusted and leave with red itchy bumps all over your body (the hotel. Plecount is up to 8 bites). Can you say....Please for the sake of everyone..please shut this place down!! « less
