We stayed here on our way home from Northern California. We arrived with our oversized (tall) van, and the valet attendants were nice and parked it for us as it would not fit in the parking garage. The nearest outside parking is four blocks away. We were here for only one night, and had reserved a room in the East Tower, which is what we were given. We had reserved a king bedded accessible room, but were told that there were only queen size beds available. Our room, on the 12th floor overlooked a roof, and further, some of the city. The room was very clean, but very small for an accessible room, which may have been because of the two queen beds taking up so much floor space. There was no room for my mobility scooter until we moved a bench in the room. There was about two feet of room between the ends of the beds and the wall or furniture, to walk through. We did have a couple of upholstered chairs and a table, as well as an armoire with a television and some drawers. The large bathroom had a roll in shower, a nice granite counter, and shampoo and conditioner, as well as soap. The towels were good and generous.........three sets for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a very nice marble floor and a small rug as well as a bath mat, which was good as it was very slippery when it was wet. The check in person was very friendly and helpful, and the Total Rewards Desk (where you get your slot club card) attendant was wonderful! The only problem I see with the East Tower is that the restaraunts are in the West Tower which is across the street, by elevator and walkway. There is a Quiznos in the East Tower. The sports book and a gift shop are in the east tower, and a small casino floor with slots. In the morning, one has to go across the street to get coffee, although a very nice slot host came by and offered to, and did, go and get coffee for my husband. We were tired and not really up for a big night out, but our stay was very comfortable and every staff member we met was welcoming, professional, and efficient. For us, the staff made
