Also try www.VRBO.com which stands for vacation rentals by owners .com. We always prefer a rental over a hotel. They are always so much more luxious and convenient. You might want to expand your search to include Marblehead and Swampscott. ... more

... nice place, and very convenient... but not cheap. Lots of luck trying to accomodate a smoker... most places don't allow it, so I suggest your mother bite the bullet for you so you can ALL enjoy the trip. BTW - many car rental companies prohibit smoking in their cars, too ... more
