Other by owner sites are www.shoresummerrentals.com and www.homeaway.com. I am not sure how active the WW rental market has been,but other towns have been filling up since late winter, so I would not recommend waiting to book. ... more

I did Vacation rentals this year. Dealt directly with the property owner. I have used Chris Henderson realty the past 4 years with no issues. (get keys easily, deposit refund, garbage schedule etc..) Im sure you will find something to your liking either way. ... more

... we did go, we brought the whole kit. It was worth it. Rental went up. An umbrella, last year, cost about 10$ a day.... Be sure though to have a nice umbrella so you can secure it tighly in the sand so it doesn't fly away... Enjoy your vacation ... more
