A very nice condo complex is Seabreeze. It's located in Biloxi and is the only complex that is directly on the beach. All the other condos are across highway 90 (Beach Blvd.) from the beach. I suggest it to you because of the 3 children. They have 2 pools ... more

Indigo Condos are beautiful! Upscale development in Perdido Key with all the amenities you would expect. The 22 year olds would probably enjoy Flora/Bama on the Alabama/Florida line.
