I would highly recommend a rental car for the entire time.You wont be in walking distance for anything.Without a car you wont be at any of the numerous happy hours,great restaurants on the intracoastal,shopping ,golf etc.Places like Lauderdale by the Sea,Galt ocean mile,Bocca ... more

There are 2 places that are "MUST GO" when we vacation .Houstons and Shooters.Both on the intracoastal waterway with excellent food and the absolute best views of any restaurant.You can dine dockside within 15 feet of the passing boats at either place. ... more
