Check into Beach Bums Hideaway. There are no steps. You are right on the sand. We have stayed there 5 times and have our vacation booked there again for 2 weeks in July 2010. Dave and Ginny are wonderful hosts. Have a great trip. ... more

We rent out several properties in Cozumel and hate to hear about stuff like this. It gives the vacation rental business a black eye. If there were damages you should have been notified right away and receipts for repairs should have been sent you. ... more
