    Recently refurbished Grade II listed 2 bedroom cottage, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin attic bedroom. Family bathroom. Entrance Hallway. In the lounge we have comfy seating for 4 people, a dining area also seating 4, TV with Freeview, /DVD player, radio/CD player and coal effect electric fire. Kitchen has fridge with ice box, oven with hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and full cookware and facilities.

    Upstairs to the right is a spacious double bedroom with beamed ceiling, double bed, TV with Freeview, double wardrobe and 2 bedside cupboards.     We do have a pull out camp bed so could take 1 extra child at a small cost but own bedding would need to be provided. Travel Cot available but please supply your own bedding.

    Dogs welcome at £20 per dog per stay but please do not let them upstairs or on the furniture.

    3 night stays may be possible in peak season if booked late, please enquire for details.

    If booked direct through Holiday Lettings a 20% deposit is taken at the time of the booking. We also take a £50 breakage deposit which needs paying seperately. This is fully refundable after your stay and can be paid by cheque (made payable to L Leader) or Paypal. Please enquire about address to send cheque to.

    If booked by email/phone we take the £50 breakage deposit as your deposit. Then the full balance of the holiday will be due 4 weeks before arrival date. Please contact for postal address. Paypal payments accepted.

We had a splendid holiday at Eskmoor Cottage due to the property being close to some of the best beaches on the North East Yorkshire coastline. The house: Extremely Clean, had all Equipment you needed for your stay, so that for instance you could Cook if you didn't want to go out to eat, wash-maschine if you needed and a comfy-room with TV. Lovely village, fantastic butchers which also has sandwiches, cakes ,pies, sweets. Bacon and sausage breakfast rolls made to order. Pub ok but food only til 8pm.
