    Broadwater is a lovely modern ground floor apartment .The apartment is situated in a residential development. Property enjoys central location. Two minutes walk will take you to: local shops inluding Waitrose, restaurants and the railway station. It is ideally located for access to London and surrounding country site. Grand Union Canal, park, children playground, tennis club are 'on your doorstep'.

    Broadwater is centrally heated throughout and the property has its own entrance. There are french doors leading from the living area lead to a small Mediterranean courtyard garden with garden furniture.

    The property is also suitable if you are between homes, relocating, on business in the area, renovating your home or visiting relatives.

    There are two bedrooms, one with a double/twin bed and second with a single bed. The double bedroom has built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and flat screen wall mounted TV. The double bed is zip and link super king size and can be split into 2 single beds.
    The bathroom has tiled walk in shower, bathtub, toilet, basin and heated towel rails.
    The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including dishwasher. There is glass dining table and chairs providing seating for 3 people. The living area has comfortable large sofa, barcelona chair and freeview TV.
    Telephone provided is UK pay as you go mobile phone.

    Refundable damage deposit £100.00 repayable within a week from departure for rentals up to 4weeks.
    For rentals over 4 weeks deposit of £500 is required for the 1st month plus £100 for each additional month.

    Building upon its historic roots (see below) modern Berkhamsted is a thriving centre of retail commerce, supported by a wide range of other business services. Served by the West coast line Berkhamsted station connects London (Euston) (35 minutes 3 times an hour) and Birmingham to the north, with connections for long-distance express services further north at Watford or Milton Keynes.
    Fifteen minutes driving connects the town with the M1 and M25. The airports of Heathrow and Luton are approximately an hour’s drive away.
    Despite this central commercial position, Berkhamsted is surrounded on all sides with fields and countryside widely accessible to the general public.

We stayed here for 5 days to visit family in berkhamsted. The location was perfect. Very short walk to center of tow, which has many restaurants and shops. The flat is located on canal. There is a grocery. Store just next door on other side of canal. Lovely walk along canal. Flat is good size for two people. Bedroom good... more

My wife and have previuoely stayed here fot 9 days in 2012, We returned to this lovely apartment again which is a truly home from home. We stayed this year for 20 nights and enjoyed every minute of it once again. The wifi internet was superb and impotant to us so we could keep contact with our friends and family... more

We enjoyed a very comfortable 3 week stay. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable - including providing dvds and books! The location is great - 5 minutes to the train station and supermarkets. We made use of the maps and London "holiday specials" also provided. Highly recommended and we would stay here again. more
