Four adult family members shared this condo for one week. It was adequate for living space and average to small for bedroom and kitchen areas. The decor was somewhat dated and bathrooms need to be refreshed. The master bedroom only has a curtain (no door for real privacy) so we didn't use the living room when our family retired or...

After spending a week of our 9 days here on Maui, I've come to some conclusions regarding this condo. What was said in the previous review regarding the amenities and cleanliness is spot on. Our regular and discounted rates range from $150- $375 USD per night. Exact rate will depend upon season, precise rental dates, length of stay, and occupancy. Hawaii state taxes, departure cleaning fee, refundable security/damage deposit and extra person fees for more than 4 guests (and for more than 2 guests for couple's special rates) are additional. Please contact us with your dates of interest, and the number of adults and children in your party for an exact itemized quote of our best possible pricing for your stay. Please note that the Christmas/New Years holidays are rented in blocks from 12/14-12/27, or from 12/27- 1/8, with 8 night minimum stay required. If you prefer to stay during both holidays, a minimum stay of 15 nights applies, at a rate of $315 plus taxes per night. Shorter full holiday season stays of 12 nights or more may be accepted, but stays of fewer than 15 nights will be charged at a rate of $375 plus taxes per night. Directly on Maui's longest sandy beach, just 20 feet from the surf, our condo is centrally located along Maui's beautiful resort coast. While our condo is convenient to everything, it is in a peaceful, quiet and unspoiled area known as "Maui's best kept secret".
