    This penthouse apartment occupies the top two floors of this low rise building and gives fantastic views of the beach and coastline from the lounge, terrace, bedroom and roof top jacuzzi. Built to a high standard, you will find our accommodation spacious and comfortable.

    You really do not need a car to enjoy this holiday and we can arrange airport transfers taking you door to door if you require. Take advantage of the local and regular bus service which you can take striaght outside and enjoy the markets, beaches and attractions of all the nearby towns.

    This wonderful penthouse apartment is modern, light and comfortable.

    Entering the hallway will give you access to kitchen, lounge and all bedrooms. The lounge is really spacious and the two large patio windows make the room light and fresh as well as giving fantastic views of the sea and beach. You will find a modern 'L' shaped leather sofa, flat screen TV with multi-language TV and dining area with table seating 4. More dining space is found Al Fresco on the wonderful large terrace which is sunny and gives the amazing views.

    Stairs from the lounge lead up to the private roof terrace which is private and has plenty of space for soaking up the sun. You can also enjoy the private jacuzzi, imagine at night with a glass of wine under the starts enjoying the warm, bubbling water...

    A 20% deposit (minimum 250€uros) will secure your dates with the balance payable 56 days before your arrival. The advertised price includes both departure clean and laundry charges. For 2 week bookings a mini mid stay clean and laundry is also included.

    A 500€uros refundable Damage Deposit will be required.

    Payments are accepted by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.

    Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.

    WIFI supplement 20€uros per week, discounts available for longer stays.

    If you are calculating your stay using the nightly quoted rate, this rate does not include additional costs such as departure clean and laundry, please add 190€uros to your final price

    Your nearest airport is Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Albir.
    Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Alfaz del Pi, you can walk or take a short taxi drive from this station.

    An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

Great apartment - has three beds, sleeps 6 - one double ensuite with private terrace, 2 twin beds with one shared bathroom. We booked it as family were undecided about travelling out with us, in the end we were a party of 2. Lucky us as it turned out! The living accommodation was so lovely and clean, fresh décor and comfortable furnishings. The main sitting area opens out onto a large balcony terrace with views over the sea - great place to sit and eat or take sun-downers. Brilliant location central for everything in Albir, close to beach and walk into Altea. The private secure underground parking is a real bonus too. The staircase from the sitting room leads to a roof top area complete with hot tub and ample room for barbecue and sunbathing. Downside: none really, just a couple of things to improve the experience for the traveller - (1) we only had one dishwasher tablet left out for us - one for each day of the stay would be useful. The apartment is a great base for a family holiday. It's large, bright and tastefully decorated with nice views towards the sea and the hot tub on the roof terrace is a great place to relax. The kids loved the shared pool which is bigger and better than we thought and we mainly had it all to ourselves. The location is great too, the beach, shops and restaurants are all really close by but it's not noisy. We all loved Albir, perfect for a young family, lots of play parks, nice restaurants, good beach (although pebbles not sand), and very friendly and relaxed. Plus with Benidorm only 10 minutes away you have a good choice of theme parks and water parks close by. All in all a great holiday and we will definitely return. more
