It has a light, spacious open plan kitchen living area with full-length glass balconies on both sides and a luxurious master bedroom with en suite. It is tastefully furnished and has porcelain tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout.

    It has spectacular views of the beach and sea and the stunning sunsets are to die for! It is a brilliant location for family holidays with a choice of child friendly beaches. It is a wildlife haven and provides a wide range of activities, restaurants, places to visit and sports particularly golf, with 17 courses less than 30 miles away.     Additional Rate and Availability Information
    When you arrive you will find the following items in the kitchen:
    Tea, coffee, sugar, cooking salt, foil, cling film, paper towel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and conditioner, tea towels, dish clothes and oven gloves.
    In the bathrooms you will find shower gel, soap and loo paper.

    Saturday is the preferred change over day. The penthouse is available to guests from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
    Offers considered for bookings made within 2 weeks of required date.
    Bookings are preferred on weekly terms but shorter stays can be booked by arrangement.
    Bookings are made by contacting owner by phone or email.
    20% deposit is payable at time of booking.
    Balance is due 4 weeks before date of booking together with a refundable damage bond of £150. The damage bond will be returned within 2 weeks subject to satisfactory inventory inspection and safe return of keys.

    The penthouse is situated on the South West Coast of Wales 20 minutes drive to the west of Swansea. It is 15 minutes drive from junction 47 or 48 of the M4. Directions will be emailed to all guests at the time of booking.
    It is a one hour drive from Cardiff International Airport.

    Car hire is recommended.

    It is a 10 minutes walk from Llanelli Station, trains from London Paddington take 3 hours 30 minutes.
    There are regular train and national bus services to and from Llanelli.

The views from Gower View Penthouse are spectacular. Below us we saw kite surfers taking advantage of the strong winds.
