    Although located in a rural and isolated setting,Bryn Ffynnon is ideal for exploring nearby Snowdonia with the towns of Betws-y-Coed and Llandudno and Conwy within easy reach.The lakes of the Gwydyr Forest and Denbigh moors offer family walking and cycling. The city of Chester is an hours drive away with its Roman history and 'The Rows', its fantastic medieval shopping centre'
    The house has its own private patio with outside dining table and chairs, safe parking and access to the large gardens of the main house.

    The kitchen with beamed ceiling and stone fire place with log burning stove is spacious and well equiped with a dining table to seat 8 people.
    The lounge has a second log burner set in a stone fireplace making this an ideal retreat for both Winter and Summer. The TV in the lounge has a large flat screen with Sky movies and sports.
    It has 4 bedrooms 2 twin and 2 double( 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor),a modern spacious bathroom with a bath, large shower and heated towel rail also on the ground floor and a second shower room on the first floor with shaver point.We can provide a travel cot.

Had a lovely family weekend at Bryn Ffynnon. Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and the gardens and views are beautiful. The kids loved seeing the nearby sheep and horses in the fields. Although it was summer we still got to use the log burner to dry out after a rather wet day visiting Llandudno! The owner... more

What a place, lovely cottage hidden in north Wales, if you like peace and quite and want to leave the mad city life behind this Is the place for you. Just on the ship heading home after a week at this wonderful cottage . The owners are lovely and although they live next door aren't in your face .
