Pretty little village cottage. Quirky but nice and comfortable. Good things are the pretty garden, the big bed (you can request to have two zipped together for a superking), great TV and DVD, good kitchen/ diner and bathroom. Also a toilet downstairs in the utility room. Nicely equipped with good white towels etc.
Downsides are the very low lintels if you're tall - my husband kept bashing his head; the shower is over the bath if you have problems with mobility, the side lane to park the car is extremely narrow with no space to turn on the narrow road so don't take a big car!
It's a nice village with a good pub and very near to Newquay. Also has an amazingly well stocked shop!
Don't use your satnav to get to Newquay - the most direct route is horrendously narrow lanes. Follow the road past the butcher and the bus shelter and you'll get to the main road quickly with your nerves intact. more
