The tower has been restored very nicely, with lots of antiques adding to the atmosphere. As described, it is not suitable for small children or for people with mobility issues.
The kitchen is wellequipped, but lacks powerpoints, so juggling appliances is necessary. Main lounge, dining area is well appointed, but the lounges are very uncomfortable. Above the lounge is a bedroom on the mezzanine floor. Headroom is very limited for average height adult. Also, there is no storage in this area.
The loft bedroom has better but still limited headroom. It does have plenty of storage and good views.
Most of the furniture has been sourced from Ikea and is of reasonable quality.
Issues with the property
If the security door is locked from outside, it cannot been opened from inside, as happend to us.
There is no second exit, smoke detectors or extinguishers.
On arrival, the owner advised we would have to pay €15 / day for airconditioning. This was...
