Two families, each with 2 children, stayed in this villa for a week in October. The service prior to arrival was excellent. The staff couldn't have done more to welcome us to Tenerife and the resort and provided plenty of information on sights and excursions. Vanessa even arranged for a birthday cake and bottle of wine for one of us in the party (one of the adults, I might add!!).
The property was clean, spacious and really well equipped and we wanted for nothing during our stay. There were even spare goggles for the kids and flippers, floats etc to use in the pool.
There was a handy guide to the local area in the villa (although the map could have been improved slightly).
With four children under 10 it was quite a long walk to the nearest local amenities (other than those on site). As the walk back was up hill we often got a taxi, which was only 5 Euro.
