    Huge living room with antique furniture, large wall mounted flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom en suite with 2 twin beds Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Large kitchen with dining table, dishwasher etc. Double glazing; gas fired central heating.

    5th person can be accommodated with put-u-up bed. Supplement £50 per week.

    Dilapidation deposit of one week rent (Per 2 week's stay or less) payable in advance of stay.
    For rentals in excess of 2 weeks there will be a minimum dilapidation deposit of one month's rent.

    Deposit of 25% required to secure booking. Rental payable in full six weeks or prior to rental commencing. Rentals all net of charges and costs (Pay Pal costs).

    Gas and Electricity readings are taken on check-in and check-out and will be charged at the rate charged by Manx Gas and MEA.

We rented this property for 3 elderly relatives, as they arrived early we were able to drop their luggage off, which made things a lot more convenient. Great accommodation, good location, clean and tidy all the amenities you need. Would stay again. Contact with the owner was easy, the keys were available for when my relatives when they arrived. more

Wonderful cottage with everything you would need for a self catering holiday in the Isle of Man. Well fitted with good sized kitchen and a huge living room/lounge. Double + twin bedrooms at each end of the cottage each with en-suite shower/toilet so there's a good degree of privacy for 2 couples. Utility room for washing/drying. Simply can't fault it... more

Very large property, odd shape but allows for couples to have their own space. Would definitely recommend to others. more
