I booked this holiday with a group of teenage friends so we were looking for something reasonably priced. After splitting the cost between 8 of us we ended up paying a minimal amount each to stay here and it fitted all the different things everyone was looking for. We wanted a private pool, a nearby beach, the ability to walk to town and a city nearby. Alfaz Del Pi is a lovely town, very few other tourists at all, every morning we would walk 10 minutes to the local baker and butcher to buy bread, ham and cheese for lunch, which always cost less than 7 euros to feed 8 people, but was also delicious. The town also has more restaurants than anyone could visit on a normal holiday and has plenty of shops, there is a lovely little super market at the closest end of town to the villa but a larger one a bit further away towards the beach.
Benidorm isn't a city for everyone but my group went there for two nights and had a good time, the bus only takes about 15 minutes and roughly 2 euros... more
