We had the pleasure of staying in this unit at Villa Licia in July; it is as breathtakingly beautiful as the photos, and more. The unit itself is exceptionally large and comfortable with all of the modern amenities set in rustic Tuscan charm.
We travelled as a family of six with 2 adults, a toddler, and 3 teens. The property is a 5 minute ride from town. The grounds are gorgeous, but I was a bit confused as to what areas we could walk and what areas were off limits. The pool is well tended to and the views are spectacular. There is a ping pong table, laundry facilities on site, and a large, comfortable outdoor seating area. Day trips are easily accomplished from this area; I only wish we could have stayed longer.
My only suggestion would be to revise the visitors policy & parking situation. Visitors must be signed in due to some sort of insurance/liability situation; this was quite restrictive. Parking is minimal and a problem when all spaces are full or people did not... more
