    The large lounge features two seating areas, satellite TV with DVD and VHS player, a music system, lots of DVDs, videos, CDs and games as well as a small snooker table and ample room for a large family or small group gatherings!

    The dining room has a ten seater pine table.

    The kitchen has a stable style door to the rear, a four seat table, welsh dresser, fridge, dishwasher, four ring hob, oven, microwave and all kitchen and dining utensils and wares.

    Downstairs there is an entrance hall with room for hats, coats and shoes. There is also a second hallway with a computer desk. The utility room has a freezer, and laundry facilities as well as ample room for storage.

    While this is a large house, we warmly welcome bookings for smaller numbers; one couple, families of four and more. Please enquire.

    Rental includes change over management and on call property management and we also ensure the property is clean and ready for your arrival. A supplement of £10 will be charged for each guest. to include fresh linen and towels.

    A deposit based on rental price will secure the booking. A further security deposit of £100 will required with the final fee and will be refunded once the property has been assessed upon departure.

    Ferry: Le Havre / Calais: 111.8 mi
    The house is about 280 miles from Calais and is about a 5 hour drive with one stop. The best driving route is to head to Rouen town centre on the A16 then the A28, and then set course for Alencon on the A28. From there set course to St Mars d'Egrenne as this minimises the toll cost while keeping the lowest travel time

    Brittany Ferries Portsmouth-Caen is the slower route but only an hour and a half drive to the house.

We stayed in 'Saintem' during late July. The house is really big with an amazing living room. My older children loved the snooker table! The kitchen was a decent size as was the dining room too.
