The place is perfect. It looks like 'designed by God'. Silence and beauty. Ideal to have some rest from everything. When I was there the sunshine stayed with me all the time long:) it was late autumn so I was scared of the weather but still I could be there without any jacket and even sunbathing a little. Amazing! And the views....They are so nice that it is a pity to sleep when you can look at what is outside or have a walk in the forest. I fall in love in this place immediately and if I could it would be the place of my regular visit. The house is very spacious, comfortable, cleaned with all what you need and the owner is nice and helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend. more

I travelled to Tuscany for a short break just after Christmas. I was looking to rent a villa rather than stay in a hotel as i wanted to get the feel for the real Tuscany, and that is exactly what i found when i stayed for a few nights at Villa Emilliano. The villa is located around 20kms from the beautiful medieval city of Arezzo. Another wonderful aspect of the villa's location is its relative remoteness and the deafening silence of the surroundings, except when on occasions the peace is shattered by the distant and not so distant howling wolves! As an urbanised Brit its not something we are used to, but i loved it!

The Villa itself is stone built in the classical style of the period circa 1800s. The building is on 3 floors, the second floor is where i stayed, but a little bit on the large side for just one person, I guess it is intended for multiple...
