after a month of traveling in east africa , my husband and i decided to treat ourselves to a week of relaxation on the beach in zanzibar. kipepeo lodge was the perfect place to go! the owner was very helpful in agreeing to our (very) last minute rental request. the staff were polite & friendly. our meals we prepared for us at whatever time we preferred and all considerations were made for my dietary restrictions. the house is private and spacious. the sand garden was lovely and the pool was amazing. we spent the week, walking the beautiful beach, collecting shells, watching the women seaweed farm and reading books. it was the perfect end to an amazing east africa adventure. im already planning a girlfriend getaway at kipepeo! asante sana vincenzo & ummu & everyone!
