    A refundable damage and security deposit of £100 is payable which will be refunded following inspection, within 14 days of your departure
    Prices include bed-linen and bath towels.
    Complimentary parking permits for 1 car supplied if required for all bookings at full rate. Additional permits can be supplied on request at cost price (currently £2 per day).
    There is pay and display parking outside the apartment, and a mix of free and controlled parking on the surrounding streets.

    - Drive to Broadstairs - the town is 75 miles (120km) from London by road, less than a 2 hour drive on good roads. Follow the M2/ A299 dual carriageway until the last 4 miles.

    - Several Ferry ports are within easy reach including Ramsgate (6km away - ferry service from Ostende) or Dover (35km away - ferry service from Calais, Boulogne or Dunkerque).

    - or take the Eurotunnel from Calais to Folkestone (57km/ 55 minute drive)

    - Or arrive by train: Regular trains run from London St Pancras (1 hour 20 mins) London Victoria (1 hour 50 mins) or London Charing Cross (2 hours 20) to Broadstairs station, which is within a 10 minute walk of apartment.

    - By Air: Kent International Airport is the closest airport, approx 8km away.

After an hour's drive from London we were all very excited to see our new home for the next couple of days. The pictures we'd seen online didn't disappoint, the apartment is beautifully decorated with very good quality furnishings and so spacious. Three good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, what more could you ask for? The location... more

Great place, felt like home instantly. Big spacious well designed. So close to everything inc beach and Morellis. It's hard to know if you're making the right choice when there are so many options but this place is the bees knees. You won't regret it. We'll be back to rent it next year it was so good. more
