We require 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and the balance paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday. We will also ask for an additional GBP£250 refundable deposit in case of breakages.
Villa is available from 16.00 on day of arrival till 12.00 on day of departure. The upstairs area must be vacated by 10.00 and you will be required to vacate the property by 12.00 to facilitate cleaning.
