    We look forward to welcoming you to have a peaceful self-catering holiday in the ground floor, self contained annexe of our home. Wildlife is abundant around here and only the occasional tractor from our neighbouring farm disturbs the peace.

    The accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a shower room with shower which has a strong seat and steadying handles, toilet & basin. The lounge / diner is large and well equipped with comfy arm chairs, a table & two chairs, a television with DVD player and a music centre. There is no smoking throughout the whole property. Free wi -fi is available.

    The kitchen has all facilities – electric cooker, washing machine, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board.

Heather and Keith are very friendly and hospitable owners concerned that we had everything we needed for our comfort during our stay. Tasty extra's left for us including some Easter treats. My partner and I stayed here for new year 2014/2015. We arrived on New Years Eve,when we walked in there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the lounge,and a lovely welcome pack for us in the kitchen. Myself and my Partner Alan have just had a really lovely stay in the Annexe. It is ideally located in the quiet suffolk countryside, with easy access to all main routes to explore suffolk.
