    A £150.00 security deposit is required. This is refunded in full subject to inspection on departure.

    A DISCOUNT for COUPLES ONLY, depending on availability, MAY apply.

    A 30% deposit by cheque, paypal bankers draft or electronic transfer is required to secure your booking.

    Payment of the balance must clear our bank 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

    (Flexible payments to suit for multible week bookings if required).

    12 weeks cancellation policy. If we are able to re-book your dates, you will be refunded in full.

    A maid service for multiple week rentals is available, if required.
