The place was not clean when I got there. The owner stated that it was an oversight and sent the cleaning crew over by that time I realize that the condition of the apartment was not to my standards and ask for a refund. As I was driving from NJ to OH, I received a phone call that the owner had sent his cleaner to the property and there was a problem with plumbing therefore making it IMPOSSIBLE for myself and my family to stay there!!
