A master bedroom which leads to a small private courtyard and has a private bath. 2 additional rooms share a second full bath. A full kithen and dining area also have a view of the water. There is a shared pool. Kaupa Isles is a private secure community with a guard gate and well manicured lawns and walking areas. There is a 2 covered space garage included with the unit.
