The house is located in the southwest quadrant of Albuquerque in a gated community. A Balloon Fiesta shuttle stop is within walking distance- only two blocks from the house. It is conveniently located within two miles of interstate 40 and is only about five miles to the airport. The proximity to Old Town and the Bio Park make it a great location. The house has a two car garage and parking for an additional two cars in the driveway. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed.
