Rates quoted are daily and include departure cleaning.
A deposit of $300 is required at time of reservation
Balance is due 60 days before arrival
A $200 security deposit is required which will be returned within 14 days after departure if condo is left in good condition.
The condo will be cleaned before your stay, but no maid service is provided.
We will send you a parking permit when your reservation is confirmed. Please display it prominently in your car window.
Cancellations:

We recommend travel insurance to help manage the unexpected. We hope it doesn't happen, but if it does...
The Deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.
If cancellation occurs 60 days or less prior to arrival, the remaining balance is also forfeited unless condo is rebooked, in which case a pro-rata refund (not including deposit) will be given.
