    The apartment is furnished to a high standard, well maintained private gardens, large outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool and jacuzzi.Childrens private play area. Additionally there is a resident's changing facilities for use when taking advantage of the residents' paddle tennis court and sauna.
    The apartment is in a secure gated complex only five minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of the Old Port or a 15 min stroll or 5 min car ride to the glorious sandy beach of the Arenal. It is very safe for young children and there is a play area on the complex.
    The apartment sleeps 6 with 2 bedroom and 1 sofa double bed in the lounge

    Direction from Alicante :- Take the AP7 motorway towards Valencia, turn off at junction 62 , follow signs for Javea/Xiabia. Take the CV 734 follow all the way and look for sign Javea Port to CV7410 which is Avienda De Furs. you will come across few roundabouts , keep going ahead until you come to 1 roundabout you'll see LILD supermarket on the right - go ahead and on the second turning right is the road of the apartment and on the left is the apartment is on the end of the block opposite a bike shop called 'GURUGU' /bed shop 'DON COLCHON' and on the side is the restaurant Titanic

Well equipped apartment, the pool was very good. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and we were a short walk away from the Port. We would recommend this apartment more

A very tastefully decorated appartment. Very comfortable and clean , a home from home but with sun, sea, lovely beaches and restaurants . Relaxing but enough to explore. We stayed there with two young children who couldn't get enough of the beach , pool and slides . Very happy family who will visit again !. more

Apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, clean and well located within easy walking distance of the Port, Arenal and Old Town. The pool area was well maintained and a lovely place to relax. Can recommend. more
