We have started making this area an annual vacation. This was the first time we've stayed in a chalet. Though the drive up and down Wiley Oakly was a little nerve racking for us as Floridians, we have positive things to say about the chalet! FIrst, it was VERY clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms were also very clean and we appreciated the washer and dryer before coming back home. There isn't really anything negative to say. The door could have had a better locking mechanism and the screen to the sliding door was not working properly. I don't believe the blinds to that door closed completely either...these were minor issues and did not impact us since it was so quiet and deserted up on the mountain.
