“Tired and worn out”

Good bones to the layout, decent livng and dining areas. Only one person in the kitchen at a time. Bathroom so worn out it has rotted floor boards and hole in the wall from water damage. Bedding has been washed so many times it is threadbare. Junk in every closet that is in the way. Hot water for only one 5 minute share per hour OR one sink of dishes. Every dish had to be washed before use - stuck on food. Shower floor grimy. I would rather stay in a motel 6!!
