I enquired about and booked this property specifically as we were holidaying in Boston and needed a 3 bed roomed apartment for me, my husband, 10 month old son and parents in law.
We arrived in Boston late at night on 26 August 2014. On inspecting the property, we realised that, although we were in the same building, we were in a different apartment to the one we had booked. The apartment was not suitable for our needs: two of the three rooms had matresses on the floor instead of proper beds; the downstairs bedroom did not have proper walls (the wall was only three quarters of the way to the ceiling, leaving no privacy from the living area); and the two upstairs rooms had shutters on to the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The apartment we had been given was by no means suitable for a family.
