4 adults and 1 child we had alot of luggage but fitted in fine idealy id say 4 adults would suit best, comfy beds and lots of dvdsand breakie items, great location in boston, but the noise from people staying 3 boats down was awfull had to get up at 3,45 am on our first night to flash a tourch...
