We take credit cards for your convenience. Minimum stay is 7 nights during high season. Ask owner about shorter stay availability on select dates (4-night minimum). A reservation deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking, along with a $100 cleaning/damage deposit. These deposits must be received within 7 days of booking the reservation to hold your dates. The $100 cleaning/damage deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and/or no excessive cleaning is needed. Payment balance, including 7% Maine sales tax, is due one month (30 days) prior to arrival date. Thirty (30)-day notice is required for cancellation. All deposits and fees are nonrefundable for cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled date of arrival, or for changes that result in a shortened stay.
