Remember that movie where a bunch of old people discovered a swimming pool that made them grow younger? This place is filled with youthful retired folks who seem to stay active by living in paradise on Molokai. Everyone was super pleasant and seemed unnaturally happy. Maybe it's the daily dip in the pool? The beautiful sunrises? The helpful staff? The Bingo games?
This particular condo was a little tired and needs to be renovated. The drapes are brown with dust, the cushions sag, etc., but everything worked and was generally clean. The 10 mile slow, winding road from town got a little old, but this is a great spot to explore the east end of the island.
Also, having to purchase property insurance seems a little excessive. more
