The carpets were badly soiled and when I called to alert Sullivan Properties, they said they were aware of the problem and were planning to call me. They did not have any weekend cleaning services, and needed 6 to 8 hours of down time to let the carpets dry, which did not work for our schedules. Thus we had to endure badly stained and dirty carpets for the entire week,
The 2 beds in the guest room were of poor quality (just sitting on them for 5 seconds would indicate such), and a couple of the bed pillows were disgustingly stained with body fluids. I wish I had discovered that before we were cleaning up and checking out.
The building wi-fi was very problematic, and to make it worse, Sullivan Properties did not know the accurate broadcast name of the condo wi-fi making it even more difficult to get a connection.
