Reservation deposit as follows: Due within 48 hours of the reservation: Two night deposit for any reservation up to a two weeks; an additional night deposit for each additional week. A refundable damage deposit of $250 also due and refundable within 2 weeks of check-out based upon the cleaning crew assessment of the unit. The balance of the reservation total amount is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancelation fee: if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date a full refund of the deposits less a $150 handling fee.
Cancelation fee: if cancelled less than or equal to 60 days prior to arrival: the damage deposit would be refundable less the handling charge. If we are able to rerent the unit, a further refund of any amount related to rerental dates and associated pricing on the rerental would be provided.
Resort Fee: $25 due at check-in covers daily paper, access to Wi-Fi in lobby and poolside, poolside Mai Tai and music/hula party every Wednesday from 3 PM tp 5 PM.
