My fiancé and I paid to stay here for 11 nights we stayed 1 night and then checked into another hotel, this is why:
- No access to unit - the information emailed was corrupt and upon several attempts to contact the owner (Donald French) via phone and email we had to book alternate accommodation for the first night. Donald agreed to reimburse this cost, this never eventuate.
- When we finally entered the unit there were dirty sheets and towels on the bench top and a load of smelly washing in the machine.
- The lounge was stained and dirty, the floors were unclean.
- The drier was broken and there was missing timber panelling in the bathroom.
- There was doubt about whether the sheets on the bed were clean and there where no bath towels.
- All of these items where raised with Donald however they where never addressed.
