This unit is super clean and has recently been painted, so it looks fresh. The kitchen has newer appliances and has pretty much anything you might need from numerous utensils to extra dishes so you can actually fill up the dishwasher before running out of plates and glasses. The big plus for this one-bedroom unit is that there are two bathrooms with showers which really came in handy for our family of four. The view from the lanai is gorgeous, overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden and pool area. Compared to many other condo complexes in Kihei, Kamaole Sands has a gorgeous pool area with a "resort-like" feel to it! This unit is in a quiet building away from the street, yet it's still very close to the beach. We just walked down the path through the gardens and were at Kamaole III beach park in less than 5 minutes. We booked through Maui Condo and Car and were very happy with the service!
