If the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee.

We bought this property because of its location. We live in the same area and just love it here! Located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood close to some of Maui's best beaches on the South side of Maui island where the sea is calm in the town of Kihei right along the border of the resort town of Wailea. Close to everything including walking to Kamaole III state beach. World class golfing just a few minutes away in Wailea. Great shops and restaurants surround this location from the upper class high end shops of Wailea to the family operated budget shops in Kihei.
