First the good stuff- the location is great with easy access to shopping, restaurants etc. and good beach access. The common areas are maintained and pristine. We had good parking and it was quiet after dark.
The unit itself needs a major overall. The carpet is grossly stained and need of replacement. The TV is a antique 21". Internet access is by cable only, no WIFI. The kitchen is adequate. The Bedroom has a patio door that opens to the sidewalk access to the other ground floor units. If the unit was 'gutted' totally redone and refurnished it would be a good place to stay.
