    Hale KupuKupu

accomodations were very nice. surrounded by tree ferns so felt like being in the age of dinosaurs. The proximity to Volcano National Park gave us time to really explore the park. only negative was receiving an incorrect lockbox code from the rental service causing frustration at the beginning. more

Management response:

Aloha Guest, Volcano is like stepping back into time and a bit like the setting of jurassic park. Glad you were able to enjoy all that this peaceful place has to offer. The lock box codes do change and this case was one where we gave wrong information and we do apologize for your inconvenience. We are happy this didn't... more

We arrived at night and someone had turned the lights on to welcome us! That was just the first of many charming things.. Coffee and amenities, a beautiful clean kitchen, a wood burning stove with starters and wood stacked. It was really a wonderful experience all the way around. We would go back in a heartbeat, and will definitely recommend... more
