This condo is exactly as described and pictured, no surprises here. It had everything we needed for a week on Maui, and the resort amenities and location in Ka'anapali couldn't have been better. The only things I wished for was a little more couch space for 2 to get comfortable, and a blanket for the living area. It gets a little chilly at night in November! But frankly we weren't watching TV much, as there is so much to see and do in Maui.
Unit 816 is on the quiet side of the condo tower, and overlooks a vacant construction site. I would make sure before booking that construction hasn't started again, but it sounded like that wouldn't be happening for a while. Great if you don't want to overlook the pool area, which gets loud, or the parking lot. Nice ocean and mountain views from the large lanai.
